She is survived by: her children, Alan Adkins (Kamana) of Banner, Kentucky, Chrystal Fields (Noah Michael Hall) of Galveston, Eugina and Vaughn of Allen, Kentucky; her son-in-law Mike Smith; her grandchildren, Jordan Carver (Sandy), Alan Adkins (Stephanie) and Tiffany Kidd (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Leland, Kendra, Emma Grace and Nevaeh.
