She was predeceased by : her parents, Judy Carter (Brown) and Dr. James E Carter. She is survived by : her husband Chris Crowe; her son Taylor Crowe of Alvaton, KY; her siblings, James E. Carter Jr. (Leanne) of Smyrna, TN, Tom P. Carter (Kim) of Tompkinsville, KY and Mary Catherine Carter Maxey (Kelly) of Glasgow, KY; and her aunt Rebecca Nevius of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
