He was predeceased by: his parents, E. W. Sr. Kinser and Betty Sue Sherry Kinser; and his son Jason Amos Kinser. He is survived by: his son Tray Kinser (Sherry) of Alvaton; his grandchildren, Amanda Kinser Hendrick (Cory), Dakota Kinser and Katherine Elizabeth Kinser; and his great grandchildren, Caroline and Sutton Hendrick.
