She was predeceased by: her mother Dottie Conley Poplin; and her son John Curtis "J. C.". She is survived by: her father David Poplin of Argillite; her sons, Chance Bertram of Wheelersburg and Cory Bertram (Brittany) of Wheelersburg; her siblings, Terry Stephens (Raelene) of Argillite, Brent Poplin (Crystal) of Bronson and Vickie Wiley (Ray) of Greenup; and her grandchildren, Lijah, Evie, Zachary, Andrew, Luckas, Gabbriella, Phoenix, Amelia, Kylie and Rainy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
