He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Asher and Sarah Brock Asher; his wife Patricia Anne Smith Asher; his daughters, Nancy Elizabeth Asher Slusher and Angela Kay Asher Goodin; and his brother-in-law Charles Smith.
He is survived by: his son Kenny Asher (Angela) of Arjay; his grandchildren, Dustin Goodin, Cody Goodin, Kaylyn Goodin, Susan Johnson, Amber Knuckles, Charity Asher and Kenny Shawn Asher; his sister Irene Asher Smith; and his son-in-law Jimmy Goodin. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
