She is survived by: her son Chadd Burgess (Jada) of Arlington, Kentucky; her boyfriend David Faire of Sikeston, Missouri; her siblings, Ruby Carter of Bardwell, Michael Burgess of Arlington and James Lee Burgess of Cunningham; her grandchildren, Hayli Burgess, Holly Burgess, Stephanie Terry (Zack), Tisha Burgess (Patrick Mitchell) and Larrah Burgess; and her great grandchildren, Alaya Yarbro, Aja Mitchell, Patrick Mitchell, Landree Mitchell, Paxon Mitchell, Paylnn Mitchell, Norah Terry, Blaine Terry and Scotlyn Burgess-Morris.
