She is survived by : her husband Terry Tarter; her children, Kay Branson (Chuck), Connie Castle (Dan) and Donald Hamilton (Tammy); her siblings, Cheryl Noble, Krenda Gray, Katie Marcum and Waldo Smith; her grandchildren, Stacie, Charlie, Lindsey, Joshua, John and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Makayla, Nicholas and Cohen.
