She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood Osborne; her parents, Okey Nelson and Elsie Lewis Nelson; and her siblings, Bernard, Leslie Nelson and Donzella Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, John Lee Osborne (Helen) and Karen Osborne Taylor; her grandchildren, Jessica Bell (Keith) and Dustin Dalton (Stacie); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Quinn Bell, Easton, Sydnie Dalton, Chase and Skylar Fleshman; and her siblings, Joyce Harrod, Janet Ratcliffe and Richard Nelson.
