He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelley and Cora Alley Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson Kelley; his children, Alex James Kelley (Jessie) of Edgewood, Hope Ranee McKnight (Tom) of Ashland and Jennifer Nicole McKenzie of Ashland; his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary and Grace McKnight; and his daughter Carter McKenzie.
