She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Blevins and Georgia Kirk Blevins; her grandparents, Lewis and Sara Blevins; her husbands, Jesse Calvert and Raymond "Chigger" Adkins; and her sister Betty Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Calvert (Yohana) of Ashland and Randall Calvert (Betty Ann June) of St. Louis, MO; her brother Donald R. Blevins of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Calvert, Will Calvert, Jesse Calvert and Angela Calvert; and her great grandchildren, Joan Crowder and Peter Crowder.
