He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Revely (Monica) of Crown City, OH, Richard Revely of Huntington, WV, Martin Revely (Lynn) of Ashland, KY, Shawn Revely (Paula) of Fairfax, VA and Ruby Revely Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
