She was predeceased by : her parents, William C. Fields and Iva Fields; and her siblings, Ginger Davis, Wanda Neudorfer Pack and William C. Fields III (Bill).

She is survived by : her daughter Jemella DeRaimo of Winchester, KY; and her sisters, June Lester of Willow Wood, OH and Dinah Geschke (Gary) of Westerville, OH.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Fannin Family Cemetery are suggested and appreciated c/o Christi Fields Griffith, 3712 Cannonsburg Rd, Catlettsburg, KY 41129.
