He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Jackson and Byrd Jackson (Layne) of Ashland, KY.; and his siblings, Ruth Pinson (Jackson), Virginia Dixon (Jackson), Paul and William Jackson.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Lazear (Jackson) of Lexington, KY; and his sister-in-law Glenys Jackson (Keene) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
