He is survived by: his children, Carl Alan Hayes (Marty) of Memphis, TN and Pamela Perkey (Sam) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Stacey Cassity, Matthew Earls and Lindsay Spencer; his great grandchildren, Samantha Stafford, Tyler Stewart, Savanna Cassity, Christian Spencer, Hailey Cassity and Chloe Spencer; and his friends, Rheta and Jim Loy.
