It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ballard Theodore Faulkner (Ashland, Kentucky), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Faulkner and Lucille Wright Faulkner. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Compton (David) of Poca and Warren Faulkner (Becky) of South Point, OH; his niece Caryn Compton of Washington, DC; and his cousin Bill Faulkner of Cynthiana, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
