She is survived by: her parent Blanche Thompson Lewis; her sons, Robert Bryan Bush (Jennifer) of Louisville, KY and Mark Randall Bush of Ashland; her sister Mackie Felty of Florida; her grandchildren, Christina, Andrew and Bradley Bush; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Oliva Bush and Tiberius Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
