She was predeceased by: her stepfather William Roy Franz. She is survived by: her parents, Gerald Lowe (Carolyn) of Ashland and Linda Hoffman Franz of Ashland; her brothers, Matt Lowe of Quebec and Chris Franz (Vanessa) of Tampa, FL; and her nephews, Kyle and Derrek Lowe.
