She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Maynard of Ashland, Tammy Henon (Dewayne) of Louisville, Pamela Kay Moore (Gary) of Ashland and Paula Allen of Ashland; her grandchildren, Cody Collins, Brandon Henon, Steven Weaver, Christopher Allen, Isaac Justice, Misty Tyson, Amber Henon and Ashley Henon; her great grandchildren, Caden Henon, Daven Henon, Christian Weaver, Zailynn Weaver, Karsynn Weaver, Brantlee Weaver, Aaliyah Weaver, Elijah James Henon, Skylar Hedgespath, Brooke Tyson and Zonathan Tyson; and her siblings, Kenneth Michael McKEnzie (Nina) of Charleston, WV, James Winfield McKenzie (Anita) of Summit, Darrell Scott McKenzie (Tina) of Lexington, Sylvia Fern Withrow (Roger) of Ashland, Ethel Charlene Dixon (Gary) of Flatwoods and Carolyn Sue Runyon of Ashland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
