She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Turner Sr. and Irene Adams Turner; her husband Charles Sinnette; her children, Thomas Charles Sinnette, Elizabeth "Betsy" Hampton and Melanie Sue Sinnette; and her siblings, Tom Turner Jr. and Lillian "Tootise" Froderman.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Sinnette of Ashland; her grandchildren, Michael Scott McFarlin, Shannon McClung, Staci Schwingler and Joseph Hampton; and her great grandchildren, Malloreigh McClung, Levi Schwingler, Madalynn McClung and Logan Schwingler. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a Celebration of Life for Betty will be held at a later date.
