We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Betty Qualls (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Kenova, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smeltzer and Ruby McClure Smeltzer; her husband James Robert Qualls, Sr.; her grandson Jarrod Levi Jones; and her siblings, Errol "Duck" Smeltzer, Jack Smeltzer, Clifford Smeltzer, Gladys Childers, Margie Watts and Katherine Dickey.
She is survived by: her children, James Robert Jr. Qualls (Penny) of Argillite, Gregory Alan Qualls of Ashland, Michael Curtis Qualls (Charlene) of Ashland, Timothy Brian Qualls (Linda) of Pedro, Ohio, Carmen "Sis" Marie Hankins (Anthony) of Ashland and Kimberly Jean Jones (Billie) of Kitts Hill, Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
