She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert; her parents, Verlin Vernon Foreman and Jewelevene Adkins; and her son Hibbert Fannin. She is survived by: her children, Delbert Fannin II, Jewel Fannin and Roseanne Fannin; her siblings, Brenda Nate, Tonya Foreman, Angela Bryant, Patricia Meade, Francis Meade, Randy Foreman, Trampas Foreman and Timmy Foreman; and her stepbrother Guss Simpson.
Memorial donations should be directed to her sister Brenda to help with final expenses.
