With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Franz of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 4, 2020 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Riley and Gladys Gibson Franz; and his brother David Franz. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoffman Franz of Ashland; his children, Chris Franz (Vanessa) of Tampa, FL, Matt Lowe of Quebec and Beth Lowe of Westwood; his sisters, Janet Short of Titusville, FL and Jerrye Franz of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Brady Franz, Mason Franz, Kyle Lowe and Derek Lowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.
