She is survived by: her husband Tom Stewart; her children, Terry Stewart of Ashland, KY, Mike Stewart (Sonya) of Owensboro, KY and Ralph Perry (Drucilla) of Stuart, FL; and her siblings, Garry Holland (Jena) of Meraux, LA, Shirley Ferguson of Kenova, WV and Carol Slone (Sue Steel) of Jasper, GA.
