He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Stambaugh and Madge Cordial Stambaugh; his siblings, James Arthur Stambaugh, Virgil Stambaugh, Ralph Darwin Stambaugh and Betty Pyle; and his son-in-law Keith O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Blair Cassity Stambaugh; his children, Robin O'Neal of Westwood and Steven Randall Stambaugh (Cindy) of Louisville; his granddaughter Anne Randall Stambaugh Baker (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Lauren Riley Baker and Drew Baker. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
