She was predeceased by: her father Clyde A. Franklin. She is survived by: her mother Terri Rose Franklin of Ashland; her husband George W. Hall III; her brothers, Levi Franklin of Ashland and Stephen Franklin (Stephanie) of Crescent Springs, KY; and her siblings' children, Jadeth Franklin, Xander Franklin, Logan Franklin and Oliver Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home toward funeral cost.
