He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Charles Ray and John Compton; and his uncle Bryan Compton. He is survived by: his parents, Greg Ray and Shelly Ray; his siblings, Lyle Ray (Amber), Breanna Ray, Mikah McKnight and Clay McKnight; his uncles, Brad, Izaiah (Zoe Jude), Lynnlee Ray (Jailyn) and Jaxen (Sloan Perry); and his grandparents, Audrey Ray, Mary Compton, Bill and Nancy Christian.
