He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Worth Sparks and Eva Tackett Sparks; his children, Deborah Denise and Brady Scott; his grandchild Meghan Rae Sparks; and his siblings, Phyllis Labor, Arbuita "Boots" Rousseau, Anna Pearl "Perky" Sparks and Raymond Douglas Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Dickerson Sparks; his children, Jammie Wright (Eddie) of Rush, KY, Angela Wall (Greg) of Ashland, KY, Tammra Sparks (Rick) of Friendship, OH, Brandi Layne (Travis) of Olive Hill, KY and Bradley Sparks of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Keshia Sharp (Ryan), Dylan Wright (Brianna), Devan Satterfield (Abby), Tyler Wright (Chyna), Braxton Sparks (Jessi), Payton Sparks, Caiden Sparks, Marissa Sparks, Bentley Sparks, Bryson Sparks, Journey Sparks, Brittany Childers, Jasinda Childers and Olivia Layne; his great grandchildren, Haeleigh, Coalton Sharp, Alex, Asher Satterfield, Kora Marcum, Brady Wayne and Braelynn Rose; and his close friends, Harold Burke, Chris Kiser and J. C. Greenhill. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
