He is survived by: his parents, John Joseph and Carla Jean Chaffin Turner of Ashland, KY.; his aunts and uncles, Lenita Perry (Tom), Patricia Chaffin, Jim Chaffin, Annette Turner and Sterling Francis; his cousins, Deanera Turner and Joshua Perry; and his friends, Tammy Pope, Maria Lewis, Katie Hensley, Diana Cline and Lora.
