He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Streeter; and his wife Terri Sheets Sheldon. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Dillon (Trystan) of Ashland, KY and Carl Sheldon (Tabitha) of Ashland, KY.; his brother Edward Sheldon of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Sara Damron, Maria Kruch and Carl David Sheldon; and his great grandchildren, Johnny Damron and Cassie Damron.
