She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Blevins and Mabel Carey Blevins; and her husband Arthur Eugene "Gene" Baker. She is survived by: her children, James William "Bill" Baker (Nadine) of Ashland, Wesley Baker (Melissa) of Goshen, KY, Jeffrey Baker of Ashland and Theresa Porter (Steven) of Catlettsburg; her siblings, James Ronald Blevins (Nancy) of Montgomery, WV and Robertha Ann Lester of Lenexa, KA; her grandchildren, Andrew Porter, Sarah Baker Perkins, Mikayla Baker, Heath Baker, Myriah Porter Albrecht, Brennan Baker, Arden Baker and Nicole Baker; and her great grandchildren, Jada Porter and Levi Baker.
