She is survived by: her children, John Jenkins II (Angela) of Westwood, Sherry Brewer of Westwood and Kimberly Ward (James) of Ashland; her siblings, Mike Stapleton (Anna) of Flatwoods and Vicki Crites of Greenup; her grandchildren, Shawna McCormick (Steve), Christopher Brewer, Marissa Stamper (Austin), Logan Jenkins, Alexis Wilkes, Shaina Ward and Evelyn Ward; and her great grandchildren, Elissa McCormick, Shelby McCormick, Raegan Stamper and Nathaniel Stamper.
