He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann McKenzie Blizzard; his daughters, Angie Maynard of Ashland, Tammy Henon (Dewayne) of Louisville, Pamela Kay Moore (Gary) of Ashland and Paula Allen of Ashland; his grandchildren, Cody Collins, Brandon Henon, Steven Weaver, Christopher Allen, Isaac Justice, Misty Tyson, Amber Henon and Ashley Henon; and his great grandchildren, Caden Henon, Daven Henon, Christian Weaver, Zailynn Weaver, Karsynn Weaver, Brantlee Weaver and Aaliyah Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
