She was predeceased by: her parent Ollie; and her brothers, Gordon Scaggs, Gary Scaggs, Phillip Scaggs and Jerry Scaggs.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Roe of Ashland, KY, Debbie Salyers of Ashland, KY, Kimberly O'Bryan of Ashland, KY and Delbert Salyers, Jr of Georgetown, KY; and her brother Randy Scaggs of Westwood. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
