It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Windland (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Modesitt and Phoebe K. Fields Modesitt; her husband Clyde E. Windland; and her sisters, Jodie Chastain and Eleanor Falls.
She is survived by: her children, C. Evert Windland, Jr. (Shawna) of Thelma, KY, John J Windland (Valerie) of El Paso, TX and Kelly Windland Park (Mickey) of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Bailey Taylor (Charlie), Ally Windland, Monica Windland, Kennedy Park and Chloe Park.
