He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William W. Parker and Debra Payne Parker of Albany; his wife Alissa Renee Terry Parker; his grandparents, Charles Payne and Clara; his sons, Aiden Parker and Neil Parker; his brother Nathan Parker of Albany, GA; and his grandmother Phyllis Payne of Ashland.
