He was predeceased by: his parents, Layman Fryer and Allie Nolan Fryer; and his wife Burnadean Allen Fryer. He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Fryer (Tara) of Ironville Ky, Roger Dean Fryer of Ironville Ky, Two, Barbara Riggs (Troy) of Ashland Ky and Linda Day (Dave) of Ironville Ky; his grandchildren, Ryan Riggs, Travis Day, Brandy Litteral, Mandy Hampton and Hannah Day; and his great grandchild Sierra Litteral.
