He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Francis Stevens of Ashland, KY; his children, Charles Cecil Stevens (Felicia) of Westwood, KY, Gretta Lynn Adkins (Joseph) of Russell, KY, Deanna Ellen Williams of Flatwoods, KY and Stephanie Renea Menshouse (Mark) of Westwood, KY; his grandchildren, Justin Grim, Dylan Grim (Kassie), Rhonda Williams, Abbigail Adkins, Hailee Stevens, Alexus Collins, Andrew Stevens, AnnaBelle Menshouse, Alex Menshouse and Samantha Adkins; his great grandchildren, Zoey Grace, Robert Odin and Madyx Reign; his sisters, Rena Withrow (John) of Webbville, KY and Cathy Kelly of Flatwoods, KY; and his nephew Jarrod Stevens (Faye). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
