It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles V. Flannery (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Flannery and Lona Seagraves Flannery; his wife Barbara Janice Butler Flannery; and his siblings, John, Leroy, Ray, Tom, Matt, Jack, Curt, William, Phillip Flannery and Lois Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristie Whitlatch (Jay) of Ashland and Cindy Flannery of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Andy Damron, Danielle Estep McHenry (Adam), Cody Estep, Taylor Franz, Mackenzie Franz and Lakin Franz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
