He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie Lou Wilburn Thomas; his sons, Chuck Thomas and Darrell Thomas; and his siblings, Jean Felty and Ronnie Thomas.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles W. and Elizabeth Frazier Thomas; his children, Robert Thomas (Nikki) of Ironton, OH, Cheryl Thomas, Rhonda Thomas-Ferrell of Ironton, OH, Michael Thomas of Ashland, KY. and Elizabeth Lynn Thomas-Christian (Mark) of Largo; and his siblings, Linda Barker of Rush, KY, Nancy McCulley of Worthington, KY, Debbie Thomas of Ashland, KY and Norris Thomas of Rush, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
