She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Oakes and Ann Cross Oakes; and her sister Colleen Oakes. She is survived by: her husband Paul Donta of Ashland; her daughter Sherry Donta (Allen Abbott) of Ashland; and her brother John Oakes (Sylvia). She is also survived by her sister Colleen's two children and a host of extended family and friends.
