He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher C. Sr. Barr and Ida Bradley Barr; his daughter Cynthia Barr; and his sister Jannie (Arthur Davis). He is survived by: his wife Ruby N. Bryant Barr of Ashland; his children, Christopher C. Barr, III (Mozella) of Jacksonville, FL, Sharon Holmes (Alphonso) of Buffalo, NY, Marjorie Barr of Ashland, KY, Crystal Green (Clayton) of Buffalo, NY and Tracy Beach (Bruce) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Kadisha Johnson, Shrie Barr, Angela Green, Sade Barr, Gregory Beach, Jena Barr, Michele Hudson, Mariah Barr, Brittney Holmes, Christopher Barr IV, Darious Green and Alphonso Holmes.
