He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Allen Dillow and Patricia Wright Dillow. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Dillow; his daughters, Peyton Collins (Mike) of Brandenburg, KY and Clara Dillow of Ashland; his brother Jeffery Dillow (Margie) of Kenova, WV; and his daughter Randi Greene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
