She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Spillman and Laura Belle Carter Spillman; her siblings, Henry Spillman, Ray Spillman, Clyde Spillman and Doris Cripple; and her siblings-in-law, Otis Cripple and Annette Spillman.
She is survived by: her sisters, Nola J. Spillman of Ashland, KY, Thelma F. Sansom of Ashland, KY, Francis Spillman of Ashland, KY and Edith Middleton (Homer J.) of Rush, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Spillman of Kettering, OH and Dorothy Spillman of Catlettsburg, KY..
