She was predeceased by: her parent Alton Shirley; her husband Alva Hanners; and her daughter-in-law Betty Brill. She is survived by: her parent Mildred Brown Roush; her children, Max Brill of Flatwoods and Maria Adams (David) of Catlettsburg; and her grandchildren, Tamara Collins, Brian Ferguson, Greg Ferguson, Misty Brill (Chip Lesser) and Chris Adams (Jessica). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
