He is survived by: his wife Toni McGuire Burnett; his children, Alison Kilburn of Ashland, Amy Stevens Williams of Greenup County, KY and Carey Boggess of Lexington, KY; his stepchildren, Stephanie Geise of London, KY, Brian Bailey of Ashland, KY and Amber Amburgey of Grayson, KY; and his brother Roderick Burnett. He is also survived by 15 grand-children and 8 great grand-children.
