He is survived by: his wife Susan Osborne Cantrell of Palmer Lake, Colorado; his children, Mark Anthony Cantrell (Stephanie) of Spring Hill, FL, LaRae Cantrell-Travis (Tim Stevens) of Ashland, KY and Skye Cantrell (Ray Louder) of Palmer Lake, CO.; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Cantrell, Maddison Taylor, Alex Travis, Ryan Cantrell, Kaitlyn Cantrell, Brandon Carpenter and Holton Carpenter; his great grandchildren, Emma and Peyton; his siblings, Harriet Cantrell-Smith, Edith Cantrell-Dearfield (Fred), Betty Cantrell-Nolan (Harold) and Donald Cantrell of Greenup County, KY; and his friends, Donnie, Dennis and Wayne. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins.
