She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Hall Sammons; her daughter Judy Marie Salyers; and her siblings, Kathy Sammons and Ronald Edward "Eddie" Sammons, Sr.. She is survived by: her father Ronald Douglas Sammons; her children, Jessica Goats (Shawn), Larry Salyers (Cheyenne) of Ashland and Charles Salyers (Judy) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Adam Salyers, Mickael Goats (Britney), Carlie Goats, Lyrik Salyers, London Salyers, Nioka Salyers and Matthew Salyers; and her siblings, Billy Sammons (Brooke) of Grayson and Dorena Sammons of Morehead. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
