She is survived by: her parents, Gregory Scott Maynard of Franklin Furnace, OH and Sherry Griffith Maynard of Ashland, KY.; her son Gatlin Gage Tayl; her fiancé Heath Steele of South Point, OH; her siblings, Greg (Destiny), Bray, Brock, Micah, Dalton Maynard, Carrie Maynard, Kenndell-Rae Terry and Allyson Maynard; and her grandparents, Walter Maynard of Flatwoods, KY and Patricia Hale (Carl) of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for final expenses.
