It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allen (Ashland, Kentucky), who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent William Allen. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Allen; and his brothers, Ray Allen (Shirley) of Ashland and Bill Allen of Summit.
