He is survived by: his children, David Rowe, Jr (Tammy) of Pikeville, KY, Edgel Rowe (Denise) of Ironville, Donna Lambert (Richard) of Westwood and Nancy Conley of Westwood; his siblings, Paul Rowe (Cinda) of Ironville and Imogene Wright (Fred) of Catlettsburg; his grandchildren, Brittany LoRe (Tony), Austin Rowe (Cassie), Nathan Conley and Andrew Conley; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Brighton and Emory Jo Rowe. He is also survived by 1 step grandson, 4 step granddaughters, 13 step great grandchildren and a host of extended family and good friends.
